#only two moms have ever apologized in the history of my writing and only one of them was actually worth listening to#shoutout to judy felicity. the mvp. the goat. the result of me going 'what if i wrote the mom i wish i had?'#when u don't wanna be a mom but the man u think u love wants kids so u agree to have one#and then said man gets mad that the kid didn't turn out 'normal' so he ignores them and demands more until one 'comes out right'#and u sit back and look at ur life and go 'hang on... i don't love this asshole at all wtf am i doing'#so u spike his drink and run off with ur kid in the dead of night#and vow to treat them with all the love and respect u wish ur parents had given u growing up#and u watch them grow and learn and while u still wish u never had them some days#u can't deny that it's been a joy to get to know them and ur glad they're in the world now#nooch I'm emo i love her 😭#anyways#i should write moms like her more often it's way more satisfying and a lot less depressing#lesson learned for next time
